License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of any beat purchased from sauceituppsway.com. By completing a purchase, you (the "Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms of the license tier you purchased.

Common Terms (All Tiers)

  • The beat remains the intellectual property of Sauceituppsway (the "Producer") at all times unless an Exclusive license is purchased.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the beat in any form.
  • You may not upload the beat to a sample pack, beat marketplace, stock-music library, or AI training dataset.
  • You may not register the beat with a Performing Rights Organization (PRO) as the sole composer. The Producer must be listed as co-composer in proportion to the instrumental.
  • You must credit the producer as "Prod. Sauceituppsway" in all metadata, song titles, and music videos featuring the beat.

Basic License — $29.99

The Basic license grants the Licensee a non-exclusive right to:

  • Record vocals over the beat and release one (1) song.
  • Distribute the song on streaming platforms up to 50,000 streams per platform.
  • Use on social media (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) with unlimited posts.
  • Perform live for non-profit audiences.

Format delivered: Tagless MP3 (320 kbps).

Not allowed: radio play, music videos with paid promotion, monetization on YouTube, sale of the song.

Premium License — $49.99

The Premium license includes everything in Basic, plus:

  • Unlimited streams on all distribution platforms.
  • Monetization rights on YouTube and other ad-supported platforms.
  • Unlimited music videos (including paid promotion).
  • Paid live performances allowed.
  • Use on radio (limited to 1 commercial radio station).

Format delivered: Tagless WAV (uncompressed) + MP3 (320 kbps).

Not allowed: resale of the beat, exclusive rights, sync to film/TV (requires separate license).

Exclusive License — $199.99

The Exclusive license grants the Licensee:

  • Full ownership transfer of the master rights to the instrumental.
  • Removal of the beat from the sauceituppsway.com store immediately upon purchase.
  • Unlimited use across all platforms, formats, and media (radio, TV, film, advertising).
  • Right to register as sole owner with all PROs (Producer retains 50% publishing on the composition).
  • Right to resell rights to a third party, subject to written notice to the Producer.

Format delivered: Tagless WAV (uncompressed) + MP3 (320 kbps). Track stems / trackouts are not included.

Note: any non-exclusive licenses sold before the exclusive purchase remain valid for those prior buyers.

Custom Beats

Custom beats commissioned for a specific artist are delivered with anExclusive license by default unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination

Breach of any term in this Agreement automatically terminates the license. Upon termination, the Licensee must remove all copies of the beat and any songs containing the beat from public distribution within 14 days.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
