Refund Policy

Because all beats are digital products that cannot be "returned" once downloaded, our refund policy is as follows.
1. Beat Licenses (Basic / Premium / Exclusive)
All sales are final once the download link has been accessed.
Before downloading, you have 30 minutes to request a refund if you change your mind. After the download link is opened, the sale is considered complete and is non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- You were charged twice for the same beat (duplicate transaction).
- The download files are corrupted or unplayable, and we are unable to resend them within 7 business days of your report.
- You purchased an Exclusive license and another buyer purchased the same beat before we removed it from the store (in which case both buyers receive a full refund and the listing is taken down).
3. Custom Beats & Mixing/Mastering
Custom production work is non-refundable once work has begun, since the time cannot be recovered. If you cancel before any work has started, you receive a full refund. If you cancel after partial work, you receive a prorated refund based on the work completed.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email sauceituppsway@gmail.com with:
- Your order number (in the receipt email).
- The email address used at checkout.
- A short description of the issue.
We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve any legitimate issue directly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in being banned from future purchases.
