Welcome to Sauceituppsway. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at sauceituppsway.com (the "Site") and the purchase of beats, services, and digital products offered through it.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from this Site. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. License to Beats

All beats sold on this Site are licensed, not sold. The specific rights granted to you depend on which license tier you purchase (Basic, Premium, or Exclusive). The full terms of each license are set out in our License Agreement.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or upload any beat to a sample pack, beat marketplace, or stock-music library.

3. Payment & Delivery

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Beats are delivered as downloadable digital files (WAV, MP3, or stems depending on license tier) via the email you provide at checkout. Download links may be time-limited; you are responsible for downloading and storing your purchase securely.

4. Refunds

Because beats are digital goods, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. See our Refund Policy for details and exceptions.

5. Custom Beats & Mixing/Mastering Services

Custom production and mixing/mastering services are subject to a separate scope of work agreed in writing prior to payment. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Revisions are limited to those specified at booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (audio, artwork, copy, code) is the property of Sauceituppsway and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, scrape, frame, or republish any portion of the Site without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all beats are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sauceituppsway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or any beat purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sauceituppsway from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of any licensed beat.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that state.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
